Lisa Dawodu

Lisa Dawodu brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership to her role as Executive Director of CASA of Henry County. She leads the organization’s efforts to recruit, train, and support volunteer advocates who serve children involved in the foster care system, working to ensure that every child has a voice and access to the resources and support needed to achieve safety, stability, and permanency.

Prior to joining CASA full time, Lisa built a distinguished career in the financial services and corporate sectors, holding roles of increasing responsibility in finance, operations, and business management with GE Capital, LNR Property, INAP, SunTrust Bank, and Truist Bank. Throughout her career, she led complex initiatives that improved operational performance, strengthened strategic decision-making, and supported organizational growth, including acquisitions and mergers.

Today, Lisa leverages her leadership experience and background in finance and operations to strengthen CASA of Henry County’s organizational capacity, expand community partnerships, and advance its mission.

Under Lisa’s leadership, CASA of Henry County continues to build community awareness, recruit and retain dedicated volunteers, and expand its ability to serve children and families throughout Henry County.
