·      Name, email address, address, phone number, birth date and state of birth, gender, race/ethnicity, driver’s license number, employment information and history, marital status, emergency contact information, information about your spouse, education and skills, language, spirituality and other information requested through our webforms if you submit a volunteer application. 

·      Name, email address, phone number and any information you provide  when you contact us directly.

From you. We collect information directly from you when you take action with us through our Website such as when you make a donation, submit a volunteer application, or contact us.

We use and disclose personal information as described here in support of the CASA’s mission: to advocate for children in foster care - aiming to bring about positive and lasting change for every child we serve.  

·      When you make a donation, we will use the information provided to facilitate the donation.  Payment information will be collected by our payment processor to process your payments. We encourage you to read our payment processor’s privacy policy and terms of use before entering your payment or billing information.

·      When you submit a volunteer application, we will use the information provided to assess the application. Information may be provided to our service providers for background check purposes.

·      When you contact us, we will use that information to respond to your inquiry.

·      We may use information to contact you about your use of the Website, your donations, or our programs, services, products, activities, or special events.

·      We may use information to operate, test, monitor, improve, and optimize the Website.

You can opt out of text messages, including fundraising/marketing-related texts by replying STOP from the mobile device that received the message or as otherwise provided in the message.
